We manufacture rigid boxes, also known as set-up boxes and turned edge rigid boxes from high-quality chipboard for all types of products and industries. Our semi-automatic and automatic box equipment allow us to run both high volume and low volume jobs. 

We have a variety of die cutting and foil stamping presses to accommodate multiple size runs ranging from smaller sheets all the way up to 28"x40".  

High speed folding and gluing capabilities up to 15,000 pieces/hour for maximum productivity.  

Our laminator can add a film to the substrate to add texture, style and protection to your packaging. 

We can mount various substrates such as heavy paper board, chip board and fluted corrugate.

Our production team will see your project from start to finish and assemble the final product. Not only can we design and manufacture the box, we can manufacture custom box inserts from a variety of materials to secure the product in the box and add value to the final presentation. 

In addition to our extensive in-house capabilities, we have developed a large supply chain network of trusted partners both domestically and overseas. If we don't have the in-house manufacturing capability needed for your packaging, we will source the material from one of our highly qualified partners to streamline the process.
